I know that all of them are to help us to lose weight and be healthier but Im looking to lose the weight first and then build from there. Or should I be strength training while im trying to lose because that will help me lose quicker?

Curves Plan Works
There are a lot of us Curves girls on this site (Curves Weight Management Group) and have great success with the Curves plan.

We start with Phase 1 (about 1200 calories) for a week. Then switch to phase 2 (about 1500 calories) until we hit a plateau. We go to Phase 3 (about 2000 calories) to boost our metabolism. After gaining about 2 to 3 pounds we do Phase 1 again. I've created several diets based on the Curves plan (search 1144 in diets).

The Curves workout is strength training and cardio in one, but you don't have to be a Curves member to join our group for support. Some of us also add Zumba, running and dumbbell circuit training in addition to our Curves workout. Remember it's all about calories in and calories out. You work it and it works for you.

Exercise and diet go hand in hand, so go for it. You can do it.

Healthy
You will need to eat healthy so you can loss weight and see the results for the work you do. No easy way to do it.
I use p90x food guidelines and team body food guidelines which foods are good for you and ones not so good.
Water to be your best friend like 8+ glasses a day. Food portions are also important.Hope that helps.

Have you heard of APY60? It's yoga and nutrition all together for weight loss.

I just got mine and I love it so far!

Also, I found a code for free shipping: FREESHIP
