looking to firm up
I am lookimg for exercises that will take the flab out of my tummy and put some firmness into my thighs and calves if anyone has any suggestions please feel free to share with me. Keep in mind that i am a beginer

weight training
spot reductions are a bit of a myth -- overall caloric burn will eventually work those areas
best thing to do are squats, lunges, kettlebells -- start with no weight and work on your form. then add weight -- key is being consistent and getting your intensity level up

Haha That is something I would comment. I am a stickler for spelling, punctuation, etc. Looks like Fatass is more of a smartass.
