lost in the shuffle
Hey! Just a busy girl, work and school have always consumed me and trying to keep in contact with my friends which live about 2 hours away keep me eating fast food and/ or eating late, before bed. I dont have kids or any reason for being unmotivated. I guess I could just use a buddy to help. the system as much as i like it just frustrates me more and keeps me from actually checking meals or work outs as i should for the system is always waitin to load? I find that being annoyed by my inability to loose weight and to accurately work out this system is frustrating! anyone else having problems and want to be my buddy?

Hey there
Good Evening,
I understand how you feel, I am a full time student in school, and full time at work. Oh, how I know about being in the rush to get out the door and get on with your day, or even worse trying not to catch the food joint to grab something to eat.
I justed started the diet, and here is what I learned so far. Make my lunch the night before I go to bed. Make the Crockpot your best friend. Now I make lean meals in the Crockpot to make my life so much easier. So when I come home, dinner is made.
On line recipes are awesome to find. It can tell you how much Calories are in the meal. I started following recipies for low fat and low cal. I have already lost 3 pounds.
I have also learned that I may be a very busy person, but I do take the time to do my exercise, even if it is 10 to 15 mins of your time. Just little movement in the morning or evening can make a difference in your life :)
