minimal results
I've been following a healthy diet (1400 - 1600 cal. High fiber, high protien, low fat) and hitting the gym 3-4 times a week since Febuary 23. I stop drinking anything carbonated, drinking only water and doing a ton of cardio. I do a daily food and exersice diary and taking vitamins and supplements. I would like to see more results. I've only lost 3 of the 25 lbs I need to lose. Any suggestions?

I worked out for 1yr crazy with px90 7days and ate properly so I thought. ..and lost a few pounds and I too was pissed.. But I had lost a ton of inches. As a borderline diabetic I had to work out so to not go on meds and was told by doctors that its not the weight but inches that count. .But I wanted some weight off too. So I can understand. Check your blood sugar if you are borderline diabetic. If low vit D also heard almost impossible to lose weight, if you have food allergy like I do to milk protein products it makes it hard and if a woman the age pays a role. If not eating the right protein can work against you like too much red meat. I unfortunately fell off the wagon and gained 10lbs and now a diabetic. I need to exercise and eat right not to go meds permanently. I have no choice and will work at this again. Good luck to you

Have you been to your MD for a complete physical and blood work up? All the excercise and calorie control should give you better results. Slow weight loss can come from a sluggish thyroid or other issues. Don't give up, yet.
