i work all day hard on a trah truck and when i get off work how can i motivate my self to workout? need hlp to gain wieght and get

A former trash man's routine
I know exactly what you are talking about. I worked on a trash truck for three years (and started the job at age 40). It is not easy working like that all day then trying to lift when you come home. Working out before work was not the answer either, I started at 3 am. But I did figure out that if I started lifting as soon as I got home, before I could sit down and get comfortable, then I could not come up with a lame excuse not to get a good workout in. I trimmed my routine down to 4 exercises a day and did supersets, usually no more than 30 minutes a day. I stayed with heavy weights, low reps, sometimes more sets on certain exercises. I got enough of a cardio workout at work, and with moving constantly on the job, flexability was not a problem.
