need help balincing out my tri's
I just started body building a few months ago, and I'm running into a bit of a problem. My triceps are a bit lopsided. My question is what do I have to do balince them out to the same size, and keep them that way? Any help would be appreceated. Thanks. PS sorry if my spelling sucks.
