need weightlifting help
hey guys.. im 18 and im going to be a senior in highschool.. now that summers coming up (and i decided to not go out for football for specific reasons) im trying to figure out out to use the "lifting calendar" to the best of my abilities.. i have a car but going to the gym everyday, or sometimes even every other day just cant happen(financial issues) i like the idea of the calendar ALOT, but what if i have a chest, and bicep workout on a Monday, but for 3 Monday's i cant seem to make it.. so im working alot of other muscles, but neglecting specific days.. what should i do? ANY suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Use the Select track and set your lifting workout for 2 days per week (whatever you want for cardio, but you should have at least 3-4 total workouts per week). The Select track builds a total body routine that works each body part 1x per week, regardless of the number of days. so if you set the schedule for Mon/Thurs, if you miss, Mon, complete the workout on Tues. If you miss Tues, do it on Wed and move the other workout to Fri.

Well, now you are aware of thyroid important role in the body. There are several methods to treat patients with such issues. Medication, hormone replacing therapy, and surgery are among them. Also, it is very essential to correct medication like https://femadata.com/thyroid-support-review/ . Vegetables, like Brussels, sprouts, and spinach are to be added to the daily many. Sea products are also of much help in this case.
