new
Hi Im new. I recently had my 4th child she's 6 weeks old. Im trying to get back in shape the healthy way (Ive had a history of eating disorders)
last year I was assistant coach for our local boxing club and maintained a healthy weight so i am trying to get back into the routine of excercises i did there so i can lose the extra 40 lbs I gained from the pregnancy. my problem is staying motivated. and my other problem is staying motivated instead of freaking out not seeing a quick drop in weight like I used to. so that's pretty hard for me.
anyways thanks for listening.

slow and steady
I think we all get disapointed when we dont see the lbs drop fast, we are living in a fast paced world so we expect everything to happen fast, but some things are made to go slow to get the best results and lasting ones!!
