i have a huge gut but am fairly thin otherwise.im wonderin how i should split my strength trainin with with cardio.is it ok to do cardio on same day as strength trainin or should i alternate.im willin to workout 5/6 days a wk.just unsure how to join the diff types of w/out

Cardio More Often
Up your cardio for weight loss. Cardio 5 times per week and weight training 3 times per week so at least once per week they'll be on the same day. I'd double up 2 days though and give yourself a rest day. Good luck.
