I'm so excited to go. but can't until i go to MEPS. but i need to lose approx. 15-20 lbs. as quickly as possible (by the near beginning of July). and i have no clue where to start. i hope someone out here does. because i really really need help.

Thank You!!
Hats off to you and thank you for wanting to take on the job of protecting my rights. Fit Click is a great way to start but, like all other diets, you have to be fathful to yourself and document daily. Monitor your points for motivation bc that's what keeps me going! Good luck to you and agin THANK YOU!

low carbs
Thanks for serving. According to my endocrinologist, the fastest way to lose weight is to lower your carbs. Don't go too low that your blook sugar drops too fast (feeling shaky, sweaty, or foggy mind are some symptoms). I've lost almost 5 more lbs since I went low carbs. With exercise, you'd probably be able to lose 15 lbs by end of July, but it's probably safer to lose only 1 lbs/week, plus you're more apt to keep it off. Good Luck and Semper Fi.
