new and diet problems
Hi all this is my first post only just joined today and would like to say from what ive seen what a great site (wish ide found it sooner)

anyway ive struggled with my weight well since I can remember and it is really getting to me , I work out a lot do a lot of sports I cycle to work at least twice awake (only 1 mile each way but every little helps )

I just don't seem to be loosing much weight compared to how much exercise I do . I play 5 a side football on a Tuesday and hit the gym a further 4 days a week and go on regular bike rides and I am a fast fit mechanic and my job is very active
so cut a long story short I am putting it down to my diet .

ive tried to cut back on junk I drink cordial now very little fizzy sugar drinks , ive dnt really eat chocolate and ive cut down on crisps

I was wondering if any1 could knock me up a small diet plan for a week or 2 as I find it hard as I am a picky eater I dnt really like many veg or salad as I dnt like the texture of the crunch of leaves or Veg with skin on it so its very hard any help at all would be very good

thanks in advance Chris

Welcome!
This is a great site with lots of supportive users to encourage each other. There are many good meal plans on here but for long term success you really need to make your own. When you make your own plan using the foods you like to eat, there is a much better change that you will be able to keep with the plan for the rest of your life. There are tools to do that here too. The first thing to do is start entering your food journal. It is critical that you record what you eat so that you can see what you are doing wrong. You might find that a few small changes can make a world of difference. Getting rid of sugar-laden fizzy drinks that have zero nutritional value is a good start. Look for other high calorie, low nutrition foods in your diet and substitute with healthier choices. Try to avoid processed foods all together if you can. Good luck!
