new, can't find the info
Hi,
I'm new to the site and I have questions I just can't find the answers to.
I have three boys and my husband is in the Army left Jan. 4. When he meet me I was 14 and 140 pds now after the children and bedrest with all I was 330 (lost 100 after 1st went to 215 with second and after third was 250). I have in the past two months lost about 20 pds but I'm stuck now at 232. How many calories a day do I have to burn to continue to loose weight I can't find this information and I really want to break 200 by June when my husband gradutes from the Army training can anyone tell me how to find out what my target calories burned should be?
I run/walk the treadmil everyday (30 min) and it says I burn between 250 and 300 calories before this I lift weights for 20 min I do this 6 days a week and clean house everyday. I only take a break on Sundays but then I have three boys.

Thanks sorry so long

hello
From what i hear from some trainers, As long as you burn more calories than you are putting in you will lose weight. Figure out how much calories your daily intake is and minus 300 calories for week one.
if you dont notice any difference in your weight, the minus 500 for week two. give that a try. good luck
