new to site--feel like i have stalled
I have been working for a little over a year and have dropped from 171 to 146 in that time. I am a cyclist and I am constantly looking for ways to enhance my performance and make my workouts count more. I currently use a combination of a Wii Fit Plus and my bicycle for at least an hour a day, six days a week. My goal is about another ten pounds and i seem to have stalled. I think it is in nutrition. I eat as low fat as I can but now I am starting to have questions about the individual effects food has on my muscle gain and my metabolism. Anyone out there have any advice?

Strength Train Up Calories
Try adding some strength training and eat more "good" calories.
