Trying to naturally control my health issues and of course weight. I had to create my on daily intake mon-fri. sat-sun. cheat days. I have a list of all my main foods with portion size,cal,fib,fat,carb,pro,sod,sug and cholesterol. Along with menus for each day and a substitute each day to keep from being reputitious. I also put points after each one to follow weight w#t&hers. It is approximats but will gladly share.

Hi, I would love to find a diet for my 74 year old mother. She just returned home from a health 2 week retreat. The sent her home with guidelines and I am trying to apply their rules to find a diet regime for her to avoid confusion. She is allowed 1150 calories a day,3 meals and 2 snacks . Her meals are to be made up of 20g protein,20g carb and no more than 9g of fat. Her snacks need to be 150 cal each. Do you think your diet might be adaptable enough to meet all of those criteria?
