Everything has gone up...especially organic/non gmo
Even with effort, I find it hard to afford good whole organic foods.
I am trying to avoid grains with GLUTEN although all grains have some type of gluten, it is the WHEAT GRAIN that causes celiac disease and a whole host of other problems. I am learning all about it. Very hard to find solid info that is TRUE out there. The biggest issue however may be that the wheat the farmers are growing is all genetically altered and contain "ROUND UP" glyphosate which attaches to the dna in the plants and then in turn to our own DNA. It is very scary.

Not everything that is cheap should be bought.. As for me, I prefer to make money with my lovely NBA-team - Jets! It's so easy - just watch game score on https://fscore.co.tz and then make a bet - that's all!

Yes, I agree that so much cheaper to buy a $1.00 box of brownies than a bag of oranges. But, if you maintain a garden properly by regularly conducting tree trimming, pruning, etc, the the price of fresh oranges you are talking about will become almost free!
