routine
I try to do treadmill, bike one day...then next day, do some of the machines that work on the thighs, arms, etc. how many days should i take off? I miss maybe 1 or 2 days

Training
You may also want to try to combine your weight training and aerobic sessions together. 3 to 4 times a week is a good start.
