I AM LOOKING FOR A FRIEND OR FRIENDS THAT UNDERSTAND THE WIEGHT SEE SAW THAT I CAN'T SEEM TO GET OFF....I NEED A E.MAIL BUDDY OR BUDDIES THAT I CAN CHAT AND CONECT WITH I HAVE 60 OUNDS TO LOSE I AM IN A RUT WITH IT AND NEED SOME PEOPLE THAT UNDERSTAND....I AM MOTIVATIONAL TO OTHER PEOPLE JUST NOT ME...LOL. I understand. I have gained and lost the same 10lbs for a year now. I need to lose 65lbs in 7 months for my wedding. this time I will do it. We will both do it. contact any time I am on line 2x a day.

Hi my names kelly, I have been trying to loose weight FOREVER it seems like now, but no one in my family helps... they only make it worse so I cave and I'm right back to eating very unhealthy... junk food, ordering out all the time, barely any exercise...... not that it's all their fault, but its hard to stay on track with all of that around so I too also need someone to talk to to stay motviated and have someone kind of be there pushing me or reminiding to work out a few times a week, and some one who can share ideas on loosing weight. I am also willing to share any workout ideas, recipes, or anything else (I can help others, but when it comes to myself I'm lost like you lanaboo) The goal I have now is about 80lbs. (by May for a trip to Mexico, which is prob. about 4lbs. a week now which isn't so bad) but anything over 20lbs. will be a start & big help! So if someone would like to help keep me on track and to motivate each other that would be amazing! thanks so much! good luck! (: [email protected]

I have 50-60 lbs to lose also. I started the program Tuesday Sept. 14. I run with my son at 5am every morning this week. Today felt so tired! I have to lose the weight to get my husband interested in me again. I am so lonely. I hate the way my body looks and plan to find the body I like and enjoy life again. I am availabe to chat with anytime. Let keep our chin up and our bodys moving. I tell myself I am in chage of this body now! [email protected] WE CAN DO THIS!
