stressed, impatient, in need of someone experienced in weight loss!!!
Hi, um...I'm kinda new to this. I started this site in desperation of losing weight. I am aiming to lose sixty-two pounds. The only time i really lost weight is when i was working an 8 hour overnight shift unloading a truck- so basically a lot of heavy lifting and throwing and bending over etc. and i was doing karate at the same time so it was basically an eight hour work out + 45 min of karate. i would come home in the mornings eat whatever, sleep the rest of the day until karate and work at night. However now am temporarily out of work and stopped karate due to a tight budget. i haven't been moving around as much or at all and i gained 22 pounds from what i weighed before. however i decided to aim farther with a target weight at 125, a 62 pound loss, far fetched goal. But, i am determined So i need someone experienced please give me tips, advice and support on the best foods to eat, best workouts etc. please Help!!! I'm in dire need of help XD!!!!

I was much more active in undergrad, I went to a smaller school, but I still had to walk to all of the buildings to get to my classes. The vet program here has us in the same building all day. Most of the time I don't even have to leave the room I'm in to go to my next class. I was also going to martial arts twice a week. The club I was in in undergrad and the program now both include cardio and muscle strengthening. But I'm defintiely not as active as I used to be. To play the amazing game run 3, player have to run and jump to pass different levels of obstacles. People remember this game as a game everyone play at school. Good luck and have fun guys!
