I am away and don't have access to my usual machines.
I bike but know to mix up my routines.
I can't jog very often dur to my hip resurfacing a few years back.
IDEAS???

Summer
Golf or swim low impact but burn lots of cal. Four hours walking on the golf course is burning 1200 calories and you will have a great time doing it.

Try a resistance band
Resistance bands are inexpensive and can be used for a wide variety of exercises in lieu of free weights. If you are looking for a good low impact cardio exercise, try walking on an incline.
