thinner thighs?
hi i'm very self conscious of my things since they are so big and even have to wear jeans in the summer to cover them up and i was just wondering if anyone knows any quick ways or exorcises to make things a thinner plez and thank s

My advice is to love your body and eat and exercise to to nourish your cells in the way that you think is best for your healthy. Focus on one meal at a time and on moving your body. What's more attractive than loving who you are and what you do? We should live life to the fullest and not cover anything up about ourselves, only get out there and LIVE!! Best of luck on your journey to become a healthier and happier person. You'll get there - just stay positive and surround yourself with loving people.

No quick fixes.
Inner thighs are one of the hardest areas to see change in, unfortunantly there are no quick fixes. Your best bet is to do regular cardio and weightlifting. I especially like walking on a incline on treadmill (highest and fastest you can handle) and the stairstepper for toning the but and thighs - even just 20 mins 2x/week will get you results if you are working HARD for those 20 mins. I also recommend you add regular weight lifting to your routine - 2-3 times a week. Walking lunges with dumbell weights are AWESOME for strengthening and toning the whole leg. It is going to take dedication to eating well and working out consistantly to start seeing changes over time. In the meantime while you are working towards your goal, the advice above is great - love your body and appreciate what it can do for you - those legs carry you around all day every day!

what worked for me
I've always had a hard time toning my legs but I find that lunges, squats, and leg lifts help tone and thin out the thigh area
