You can do it!!
Hi Sundaydawn. I feel your pain. I need to lose about 105-120 lbs myself. After I had my daughter 7 years ago, her father decided he didn't want to be together anymore. I went into a depression and packed on almost 60lbs, and I was already overweight. Since then, I was diagnosed with diabetes and polycystic ovarian syndrome. Both have been caused from my weight. Enough is enough. I want to be healthy for my daughter and I need to get my life back. I have so far lost almost 30lbs, but like I said before, I still have at least 105lbs to go. It is possible, and we can both do it. I'm 29, you're only 19. Don't wait as long as I have. You are still so young. Don't get discouraged, and don't be too hard on yourself. 1-2 lbs a week is a healthy weight loss. Don't try to overdo it or you will eventually fail and gain everything back. Good luck on your adventure and feel free to chat with me whenever you want to! :)

I am new too
I don't know where you live but if you have a YMCA near you join. They have great rates , excellent workout rooms and free babysitting while you work out. Your goals of a lb a day seems to high. Don't set yourself up to fail. I work out 3 hours a day and eat about 1000 calories a day and the estimate for me at this rate is 3 lbs a week. Don't give up! We are all here for you.
