There are a lot of vids on Fitclick-go to media-and you will see many good videos or in workout tracker...also many yoga moves like 'sun salutations' will help.

I agree with everybody on the exercises, when you are training for definition (muscle toning) rest period between sets is 30-60 seconds and for reps do 18-20. Have a good day!!
