using the workout tracker
can anyone tell me how to use the workout tracker, especially the calories burned part. I just can't figure it out. Thanks. Jill.

Make sure after entering the exercises and duration or reps that you click the save updates and the submit buttons.

go to Workout tracker.....under exercise click "add exercise" or "strength exercise" ---a listing of the number of exercises or strength exercises are listed...you can also do a search for a specific one that you want. Add either # or reps or number of steps walked etc. Hit "save edits " then you will have to hit the next "submit results" button further above the exercise that you've entered....at this point the number of calories burned will be shown in grid above the exercise you listed. Sorry I'm doing this by memory...hope not to disjointed for you to follow
