vegetable chili meal question
For my dinner today, my meal plan suggested I make a vegetable chili with a garden salad. But also in the meal was 2tbsp salsa, 1 oz of fat free sour cream and 2/3 tbsp sliced jalapeno peppers... doesn't say what I'm supposed to do with these? Put them in the chili?

I would say they are to go ontop of chille as a garnish (make it look appeling)

got it.. I did just that and by the end it ended up mixing through anyway but this was a delicious meal if anyone was wondering..
