want to get back into excersizing
I used to work out at the gym but I got so busy I had to cancel my membership. I have gained about 8 pounds since I stopped going and i want to get back to what I weighed before. I don't want to go back to the gym though. All I have at my house is a weight bench and a set of dumbbells . Does anyone have any suggestions on a good way to lose weight with just that? I also enjoy running and biking ; so i'm thinking if I just run and bike like an hour a day and then do some weight training and watch what I eat : I could lose the 8 pounds and firm up more. I just need a good exercise plan.

This site can help you with that...
You could use FitClick to help you design a workout using your dumbbells, including cardio work. Just click on workouts in the menu at the top and tell FitClick what kind of a workout you want to build and track.
