weekend diet crashed....feeling discouraged!
Last monday I started on this site and started with working out(which I workout 6 days)...I did great, prob lost about 6 lbs (woo hoo), but I decided that on saturday to let myself go and have a bit of fun...well, I had the taco bell diet for lunch and then for dinner I made a ham with pineapples and brown sugar, yellow rice and a potato salad (with light miracle whip), and I ate!!!
It was wonderful but I felt all bloated and exhausted, on sunday I had and even worse day I think, topping it off with 2 cupcakes....
I feel so guilty and I didn't even want to weigh myself today...now I'm cranky and discourage!!!
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!

It's OK
This happens to everyone who diets. Don't beat yourself up. Just pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and try again. You'll find that so long as you don't give up when stuff like this happens then you'll still lose weight and will do well.

I'm having trouble not beating myself up for eating bad too. Tonight, due to certain circumstances, we ate fast food. I feel gross but I know that for the next week I'll just make sure I eat healthy.

I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL
We've all been there, and it's especially hard for us women. Today I'm all hormonal and nothing is satisfying me. I've kept within my targets but I'm right at the max and it's only 6:30! I just microwaved about 15 saltines with american cheese, ketchup and garlic powder! I'm not full and I know that won't be the last thing I eat. I'm going to try my hardest not to by drinking water to maybe feel full. It would be so much easier if we could remember that gross sick feeling! Good luck to us all!

70% of your weight loss depends on diet and rest 30% on exercise. As most of our calories are burnt at rest which is known as RMR i.e resting metabolic rate.
Eating less calories than your body burn known as calorie deficit.
Eating less calories does’t mean you can eat anything. But your calories should come from healthy source i.e nutritent rich diet containimg all essential Vitamins and minerals.
Keep yourself hydrated:- Drinking atleast 2–3 litres of water per day is very essential as it eliminates toxins and also keeps you full.
Avoid processed foods, refined carbs, fatty, sugary food.
Avoid alcohol and smoking.
Physical activity in any form like running, dancing, weight training, cardio, yoga, pranayam etc.
Avoid stress.
Good quality of sleep i.e 7–8 hours daily.
The most important thing is consistency and patience.

You have a rather strange problem. That's because you are the problem. You can't cope with the eternal desire to eat. You are constantly looking for ways to eat, where, and how you can snack. You need to seriously take care of yourself. Start exercising at home or at work. Also recommend taking a variety of blends, juices, and pills for weight loss.
