Fitclick tools
Utilize all the tools available to you on fitclick.
First calculate your BMR, then to lose 2 lbs per week subtract 1000 calories a day from that. Divide those 1000 calories between less eating and exercise.
Learn to weigh, measure and record all that you put in your mouth.
That would be a start.
Over the past 16 months I have lost 125 lbs.

Take a stab at dropping it down to 1000 calories for every day, except don't go lower than that. Keep in mind you need to consume a greater number of calories than you take in. Good fortunes! cotton jacket
