what are the points for
I am really stumped as to the purpose of the points on here.
I have looked everywhere and can't seem to find out what they are for?

The points are not used for anything, just self motivation. The more you use this site for help the more points you rack up.

If you click the number of points you have total...
It shows choices, of redeem. If you redeem points do you automatically lose them. If you redeem them, what are you redeeming them for? Prizes? Obviously, this is something no one has mentioned that I have seen.

Rewards Points
Our new Rewards Point System is now live. Here's how it works: 1) the Points you earn on FitClick are converted to Rewards Points; and 2) you may redeem your Rewards Points for any Reward offered (if you have enough points). Just go to your My Points page http://www.fitclick.com/www/misc/events/Points.aspx and click the "Redeem" link to browse all the Rewards.
