why doesnt the scale budge?
I am maintaining the right amount of calories most days to lose weight but the scale wont budge. Could it be that my body is slipping into starvation mode? I eat a small breakfast (usually 2 eggs& coffee with splenda and 2% milk), and then fruit salad and green salad for lunch. (with a handful of almonds). I drink only water during the day. I eat a small portion of protein and veggies for dinner usually, and maybe a snack like a small bag of popcorn and hot chocolate. I excercise (treadmill and yoga) 3-4 days a week for 30 minutes. What am I doing wrong?? I'm just trying to lose the last 10 lbs and it wont budge.

That might be it
I got stuck on a plateau too, and I quit my super low calorie diet. The site recommended me 1400-1500 calories and I followed that religiously and got stuck after losing the first 10lbs. I've switched to 1700ish which is still 150 calories below what I need to maintain my current weight and it started coming off again. I've found that my body gets stuck if I eat the same things all the time, or keep the same work out schedule. I switch up the menu and the amount of cardio to strength training I do. Hope this helps!
