workout tracker
any one who know how the workout tracker works i cant make my own plan for my workout .... i wanted to put my circuit training that i found

I'm not sure either but am hoping to get some answers at the same time as you,how can I track a workout and have it change my reps or wieght as I go,for fiuture dates ???????

building a workout
if you want to create your own routine, the best thing to do is use the "just track" option, i.e. have a blank workout. then build each day in the tracker for the entire routine (say, a 7-day cycle).

then you can save that as a new workout by clicking on that option and then selecting the dates created that you want to use for the routine

after doing that, when you submit workouts, the workout in the next week (or longer if the cycle is longer) will be created so you don't have to build it again each time
