Home Workouts w/.ball & free weights.
Workout tracker has lots of non-machine exercises-but I don't think too many plans. If I were you, I would just create my own plan (if you have the time) with those choices. They also have (which you already may notice) videos available to view, in case you aren't sure if that is the type you want to use. But there are plenty trackable ones w/.ball & weights. Good luck (-:

I agree with CutCarb... if you do an exercise search with the word "dumbbell" there are lots of dumbbell exercises to combine into your own individual plans.

Power Yoga
My favorite home workout are Power Yoga. It incorporates strength, flexibility, I get my heart rate up, and I sweat A LOT! I've been using power yoga videos by Mark Gonzales - http://vimeo.com/channels/poweryoga
He produces some of the best yoga videos I've seen out there. High quality, excellent flow, great instruction and he creates such a great workout experience. Check him out if you can!

Power Yoga-Fun Yoga
I have watched and used many yoga dvd's. Avoid one's from Yoga Zone, IMHO the master Alan Finger's voice is beyond grating and just goes overkill with instruction. It is hard to watch dvd's at the same time as doing them! LOL
I recently have been using something called Yoga Booty Ballet-(the name is really kind of crass), but it is a good blend of the both. It is more cardio based.
@Bluetorch thanks for the tip on Mark Gonzales.
