wt??
my weight is not coming down one day im in my low 60s then another day im in close to the 70s wahda? i have bn tri in to lose weight since Jan...i managed to lose 16lbs but i doesnt show i dont feel it i always feel bloated my started weight in Jan wus 179 im only 5'2 two days ago i was 163.4 and today 168 i go 2 da gym 2,3 4 maybe even make it 5 days for 1hr + i have gone upto 2 hrs...a day..burning 4.5 and even 6hundred +caleries a day...thats alot...carlories burned for the week but wat the fudge...?

It's all in the calorie differential
Consumed Calories - Exercise (Activity) Calories – BMR (Base Metabolic Rate) = Calorie Differential. Negative 500 calories per day will give you a weight loss of 1 pound per week. I firmly believe in order to loose weight you need to count your calories and monitor this simple formula. My wife and I have each lost 60 pounds based on this very simple process. You will find that eating the correct foods will make getting this differential easier. Also realize water has substantial weight so your weight will fluctuate day to day. It is the overall downward trend that you want. Do not get upset with the fluctuations. If the fluctuations effect your motivation then weight yourself only once per week but remember to monitor the differential daily. Good Luck

i agree
i just started on loseing weight agin this time ive been counting calories have bad knees so cant do alot of exercise so cut my calories down for what exercise i can do and i have lost 10 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks and my weight has gone up and down when i weigh every day and so i just do it once a week now

Lean muscle
Another thing you HAVE to take into account, is More times then not, when you do first start going to the gym, you will be adding lean muscle as well as losing fat at the same time, don't always judge weight, up/down it goes,.. but the true test is measurements, plus how clothes fit, best of luck,..:)
