Directions:

coat botton of pot with the 1/2 t. olive oil

Saute onion, garlic, and carrots for 5 minutes

Add broth, Tomatoe paste, Cabbage, Green beans, basil, oregano and salt and peper to taste

SSimmer for about 10 - 15 minutes until all vegetables are tender then add the zuchinni and simmer for another 5 minutes

I put fresh chopped basil after it is off the heat along with the zuchinni since I like my vegetables with a little more crunch. If you don't just add the zuchinni during the last 10 minutes of simmering
