Directions:

in a food processor blend cottage cheese and cream cheese until smooth

add 1/2 cup splenda and 1 cup milk blend

add lemon juice

add pudding mix

place in bowl and fold in cool whip

layer 1/2 of the graham crackers followed with 1/2 the mixture and repeat.

place berries in small pot on stove and bring to boil

remove from heat and blend then put back in pot and put in corn starch

cook over low heat until cool

once cool place on top of the mixture and refridgerate for 3 hours
