Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line muffin cups with paper cups.

In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In another bowl, combine the milk, All Bran Cereal and oats; let stand 2 minutes.

Whisk in the almond butter, banana, egg and cinnamon.

Add flour mixture and chocolate to cereal mixture. Stir until just combined.

Spoon into muffin tins. Bake 16 minutes until center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes.
