Directions:  
In large sauce pot, combine water, 1 T. salt, 3 T. chili powder, tomato paste, and 4 cans of beans together - bring to a boil - let cook together while browning meat and veggies.

Brown hamburger in skillet until done (no pink).
Add onion, green pepper, 1 T. salt, 1 t. black pepper.
Cook above ingredients together until veggies are tender.

Add meat and veggies to sauce pot with other ingredients and let simmer together approx. 30 minutes for best flavor. Top with sour cream, and cheddar cheese if desired. (not included in nutritional information)

Freezes and reheats very well.
