Anne's tasty kababs

2  lb.		lean ground beef
1/4  cup		jalepeno pepper-diced
1/4  cup		valdelia onion-diced
1  teaspoon		salt
1  teaspoon		red chilli powder
1  ounce		a pinch turmeric powder
1  teaspoon		ground corriande
1  teaspoon		ground cummin seed
1  teaspoon		black pepper
5		pam - oil sprays
1		lime-cut in half

--pre heat oven at350
dice both the jal. pepper and onion very small then mix together in a bowl with the ground beef.
-add all spices and mix together well
-work into 10 thin patties
-spray a baking pan wjth pam and lay your patties out on it. spray the tops of the patties as well and put in the oven
-cook for about 25 minutes or untill done
-squeeze lime juice on top nad serve hot
