Directions:  
Melt butter, add sugar, mash in banana, add vanilla, egg whites, buttermilk, apple sauce, cinnamon; then, add flour, baking powder
Mix all ingredients as you add them. (If batter is too thick, add more buttermilk. If too thin add more flour. Add each of these ingredients a little at a time until you get your desired consistency)

Preheat griddle to at least 350 degrees, ladle batter and pour onto preheated griddle. Cook until bubbles appear; then, flip over and cook other side until golden brown. Enjoy with your favorite topping. Mine are either "real" maple syrup, strawberry topping or melted unsalted butter and cinnamon.

I like large pancakes. That is why I only get nine. If you like yours smaller, post 1/2 pancake to your meal journal. This of course will equal less calories, etc.
