combine wet and dry ingrdients, use fork do not over mix, it will make batter tough there will be small pea size lumbs in batter.

Preheat nonstick pan, drop 1 4th batter on pan, untill little bubbles pop, then flip approx 2 min side 1, 1 min 2nd side.
