Directions:

In a large skillet, brown roast on all sides.

Transfer roast to 5 quart slow cooker and add water to skillet, loosening up any browned bits. Pour over roast.

Sprinkle roast with seasoned salt, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.

Top with apple and onion. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until meat is tender.

Remove roast and let stand for 15 minutes before slicing.
Optional: Strain liquid into a saucepan and thicken with 2 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in water.
