Directions:  
Dice apple, leaving the skin on, discard the core. In a shallow baking dish, mix together the oats, diced apple, honey, cinnamon and water to suit you. Less water makes it firmer, less mushy. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes at 350.
