Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine bread crumbs, 1/4 cup cheese, and parsley in a small bowl.
Combine mayo, sour cream, 3/4 cup cheese, artichokes, and garlic in a medium bowl. Spread artichoke mixture into 9-inch pie plate. Top with bread crumb mix.
Bake uncovered for 35 minutes. Serve with veggies or breads.
