Ingredients:  Makes 12 servings (12 each)

Directions:  
FIRST DON'T USE METAL UTENSILS when mixing up your bread -
Mix wet (warm) ingredients with dry (warm) ingredients ... kneed together then let dough sit covered with plastic wrap for 3 hrs to rise. Then sprinkle on rosemary and dry herbs VERY LIGHTLY WITHOUT DISTURBING THE DOUGH - work through carefully by hand....need to spray pan or parchment paper to pour out dough for the final rise. Leave for another hour & half. Place pan in a 425 degree preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes. Remove immediately and let rest a minute or two then release from pan or surface if necessary. Recipe yeilds a nice comfortable size loaf of wonderful Herbal bread. Enjoy!!!
