Directions:

Mix all ingredients except cornstarch and water in skillet or saucepan.

Bring to boil, simmer for 10 minutes.

Make slurry with cornstarch & water.

Add slurry to sauce slowly, stirring constantly until it begins to thicken. (may not need all of it)

Cook another 5 minutes stirring often

Serve with stir fry vegetable, over rice with chicken or fish - very versatile.
