Directions:  
step 1 - Peel and slices 5 medium to large potatoes. Making 5 cups in all
step 2 - Melt butter in sauce pan
step 3 - Add flour to butter wisk rapidly until flour is smooth and golden
add salt and pepper (optional) to taste
step 4 - Add milk slow continue to wisk mixture, bring to a boil. Once thinkend remove from heat and add cheese to mixture. Place Potatoes in a baking dish, poor cheese mixture over Potatoes bake at 350 deg. for 1 1/2 hours
