Directions:  
Place oats in 3 cups water with cinnamon. Simmer to medium heat for 10 minutes. Next add 2 cups skim milk and the honeyand cook on medium low heat for 30 minutes. Finally add splenda and cook for 5 minutes. You will know it is done as the consistency will thicken some and it willbe a little creamy. Use more water for a thinner consistency.
