Saute onions and garlic in 2 tbsp. smart balance. Add consomme, water, mustard, worcestershire sauce, A1 sauce, and Tabasco sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes add lemon juice and take off heat. Dip shrimp in egg beaters then bread crumbs and fry in 1/4 cup smart balance until done. Serve shrimp over rice and pour consomme mixture over everything.
