Place eggs in saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and then remove from heated stove. Let eggs rest in heated water for 15 minutes.
Remove eggs from heated water, let cool, and peel.
Mash avocados in bowl with paprika and mayonnaise, then add in eggs until thoroughly combined.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Apply to bread slices.
