Chop 1 medium onion very finely, sautee in 2 Tbls Bacon fat or butter until onions are translucent in 1 quart sauce pan.
2)Mix rest of ingredients and add to onions. Simmer on medium for 15 minutes. Set aside half of the sauce.

Rub 4-5 lbs. Chicken Breasts with Dry Rub (Salt, Pepper, pinch sugar, Mustard powder, onion powder, Chili Powder, garlic powder).

Pour 1/4 of the sauce into slow cooker, place all chicken breasts into slowcooker, pour 1/4 sauce over chicken.

Cook on Low 2-4 hours or until chicken is cooked through.

Shred chicken with two forks, pour remaining sauce over and mix.
