Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In large skillet brown beef, bell pepper and garlic until browned and bell pepper is tender. Stir in water, paste and italian seasoning. Bring to boil and reduce heat abd simmer covered 10 minutes.

In medium bowl, combine spinach (thawed), 1 ounce mozzarella, ricotta and salt. Spoon spinach mixture in pre-baked pie crust. Top with meat mixture. Cover edge of pastry with foil to avoid over-browning. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Remove foil. Top with remaining mozzarella. Let pie stand 10 minutes before cutting.
